A professional counselor will see an employee for up to three sessions (virtually or in person) to assess his or her situation and provide therapeutic services that can assist the employee in overcoming various types of difficulties. This workshop promotes self-care through practical recommendations associated with wellness and healthy lifestyles. This helps to enhance positivity for the individual and group work environment as thus reduce burnout/turnover rates.

Attendees will learn the benefits of participating in support groups such as the power of universality, collective wisdom and networking. This workshop will also focus on the steps necessary to create effective groups in any type of setting.

This workshop addresses the cycle/dynamics of domestic violence as well as how to respond to intrafamilial conflicts that spill over into other settings (e.g., work, school, church, etc.) in a safe and supportive way.

Participants will learn anger management techniques that can assist in defusing escalating situations that may potentially become dangerous. Key concepts reviewed in this training are: the biological response to stress, strategies to de-escalate high tension situations and self-awareness.

Participants will learn practical techniques and interventions for crisis management that can be utilized in various types of stressful scenarios.

Participants will learn to develop strategies and techniques to increase the communication flow necessary for creating healthy bridges between administrators, employees and customers.  Enhanced communication skills contribute to a stronger organization and improve customer satisfaction.

Participants will recognize the indicators and dynamics of bullying & harassment in work or school settings. Attendees will learn about the law involving bullying & harassment and strategies to prevent and respond to these issues.

This workshop teaches techniques that have been proven to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

Attendees will recognize the importance of safety and its relation to the provision of direct customer service. Organizations that employ home health aides, social service workers, gas and utility workers, phone and cable TV installers, letter carriers, service providers, and code inspectors in the community can benefit. Participants will learn key concepts of threat management including but not limited to: safety, situational and self-awareness, and de-escalating techniques.

This workshop addresses how to resolve workplace conflicts through effective approaches that increase safety, foster healthy work environments and reduce liability.

Attendees will learn effective strategies for setting healthy relational boundaries. In addition, this workshop concentrates on how to objectively work with individuals who have a tendency for conflict, interpersonal difficulties or manipulation.

This workshop focuses on stress reduction. Participants will learn about healthy ways to deal with stress as well as techniques that have been proven to increase life satisfaction. The goal is this workshop is to increase morale and resiliency.
